About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Document field activities through photos, videos, and written reports
• Assist in field-level interviews and community documentation efforts
• Support donor communications through well-organized case studies and field reports
• Capture human-interest stories and project impact narratives with the collaboration of communications team
• Perform basic photo/video editing and create content for IPAO's digital platforms
• Coordinate with project staff and local beneficiaries to ensure timely documentation
• Maintain an archive of visual assets and ensure proper data management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, or relevant field
• Prior experience with NGOs or Community-based projects is highly preferred
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and basic graphic design (Canva/Leonardo AI)
• Strong storytelling and documentation mindset
• Willingness to travel and reside in field locations for extended periods
• Willingness to use generative AI tools to enhance visual content and streamline documentation tasks
• Excellent communication in Bangla and English, both written and verbal
